Sen voittoisina ominaisuuksina olivat onnistuneet, vaikkakin eritt\u00e4in voimakkaat chilin ja valkosipulin maut. My\u00f6s kakkossija meni samalle valmistajalle; <!--more--><strong>Torino<\/strong> on v\u00e4hemm\u00e4n maustettu, mutta tuoksuu silti hienon aromikkaalta. Molemmat t\u00e4yslihamakkarat ovat lis\u00e4-ja t\u00e4yteaineettomia tuore- eli raakamakkaroita, ja niiden rasvaprosentti on vain 10%. Hopeasijan jakoivat samoilla pisteill\u00e4 Torinon kanssa HK-Ruokatalo Oyj:n <strong>Hot Bacon Kabanossi<\/strong>, Veijo Votkinin <strong>Chef<\/strong><strong> Wotkin\u2019s S\u00f6rkanpoika<\/strong> sek\u00e4 mikkelil\u00e4isen Maajussin Tilajalosteen <strong>Juusto-Bratwursti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Makkarat on arvioitu viimeksi kuluneen vuoden aikana AKS:n istunnoissa. Kauden aikana arvoitiin kaikenkaikkiaan 73 kotimaista uutuusmakkaraa, jotka seuran j\u00e4senet ovat itse hankkineet kautta maan. Sokkotestiss\u00e4 makkaralle annetaan korkeintaan 20 pistett\u00e4, jotka jakaantuvat maun, ulkon\u00e4on sek\u00e4 hinta\/laatusuhteen kesken.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4n vuosittain jaettavan huomionosoituksen tarkoituksena on osaltaan toteuttaa AKS:n yht\u00e4 keskeist\u00e4 toimintamuotoa: kannustaa ja edist\u00e4\u00e4 hyv\u00e4n makkaran valmistusta ja arvostusta Suomessa. AKS on t\u00e4ysin riippumaton ja toimii kuluttajan\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. AKS valitsee parhaan uutuusmakkaran nyt nelj\u00e4tt\u00e4 kertaa.<\/p>\n<p>Toimintansa aikana AKS on maistellut ja arvioinut makkaroita yli 30 eri maasta.
