{"id":214,"date":"2010-09-15T09:00:46","date_gmt":"2010-09-15T07:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.makkara.info\/blog\/?p=214"},"modified":"2010-09-15T09:00:46","modified_gmt":"2010-09-15T07:00:46","slug":"paras-makkara-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/makkarat.fi\/blog\/paras-makkara-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Paras makkara 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>ERIKOISET JA JUUSTOISET MAUT VAHVOILLA<\/h3>\n<h2>HUNAJAINEN VUOHENJUUSTOMAKKARA VUODEN PARAS<\/h2>\n<p>Akateeminen Kiuas-Seura r.y.:n (AKS) valitsema paras kotimainen makkara vuodelta 2010 on h\u00e4m\u00e4l\u00e4isen <strong>Makuliha Oy<\/strong>:n valmistama <em>Hunajainen Vuohenjuustomakkara. <\/em>&#8221;Makkara joka tekee vegaanista lihansy\u00f6j\u00e4n ja raittiista juopon\u201d toteaa puheenjohtaja <em>Jyri J\u00e4ms\u00e4<\/em>.\u00a0 Kakkos-ja kolmossija meniv\u00e4t saman valmistajan makkaroille:\u00a0 <strong>Lihatukku Veijo Votkin<\/strong>in <em>Kaurisnakki ja Salamigrilleri<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Makkarat on arvioitu viimeksi kuluneen vuoden aikana AKS:n istunnoissa.\u00a0 Maistelukauden aikana arvioitiin kaikenkaikkiaan 81 koti-ja ulkomaista makkaraa, joista 60 oli Suomessa valmistettuja uutuuksia.\u00a0 Arvioidut makkarat ovat seuran j\u00e4senet hankkineet l\u00e4hikaupoista kautta maan.\u00a0 Maistelussa arvioidaan makua, rakennetta, massan sidosteisuutta ja kuoren rapeutta.\u00a0 Sokkotestiss\u00e4 makkaralle annetaan korkeintaan 100 pistett\u00e4, jotka jakaantuvat maun, ulkon\u00e4\u00f6n sek\u00e4 hinta\/laatusuhteen kesken.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4 on 11. kerta kun valinta on tehty, ja voittajat ovat olleet hyvin erityyppisi\u00e4 makkaroita.
